Sorry have to have a good old moan, not long deleted people off my friends list. Decided i did not want to meet and because i'm to bloody nice i gave them a reason.
If someone deletes me off their friends list i leave them alone. I am now friends with the block button but why the hell do people feel the need to email back and try to change your mind ?. |

that's exactly it. Because they can't look at your pictures anymore. Some guys might be genuine but most likely not.

Sometimes though I delete friends because we've not spoke in a while or I think they are not interested anymore. Some will mail back and ill happily readd the genuine ones, so I understand why they may mail you - harassing you is different and just shows you were right in the first place
You can then upgrade to defcon-block!

you don't have to become a bitch to reject people just clear, assertive and don't enter into dialogue with them once you've made your point...that's the key-if you continue to exchange messages with them they think they're still in with a chance to convince you...if you really don't see it going any further just stop talking to them...if they continue after you've made it clear, they're harassing you |

Isn't it just easier to just block if they pester than put a thread up about it or are you after something else? |

My friends list is incredibly short and consists of people I've already met or intend on meeting in the near future. As soon as messages dry up or it becomes clear that a meet is not going to happen then they are removed from my friends list, this isn't Facebook and I've got no desire to have loads of friends on here. |

If the chat has dried out and the interest seems to have gone then no point them being on there
I don't have a huge amount on mine, a lot of the time id use fhe hotlist instead of the friends list,people can see if you're online to chat and you don't get the offended attitudes if you take them off the list |

that's very true but in the end you're a stranger on an internet site looking for sex..,we're never going to meet therefore we owe you nothing other than a polite refusal...even if we have chatted for a length of time... |

exactly a 'polite refusal' blocking someone or just ignoring them isn't polite. |

I just block people now but alot of guys pretended to be single and it does say on my profile not interested in people playing away.
I could say the same thing to you haven't you got anything better to do. |
