When it feels right,normally when they've passed the subtle but essential and stringent phsycological tests that have been set and then analysed rigourously by independent advisors

Essential at some stage after initial contact but before a meet, been caught before with no phone contact and then mysteriously only the guy from a "couple" was able to come to the meet.

So always phone contact with all parties involved before arranging a meet.

I usually leave it up to the women to suggest, they will if they are interested and feel comfortable, if you ask to soon then you might seems pushy and that can put some women off
