Sounds fishy so move on and say thanks but no thanks if they can't or wont exchange face pic's. There are enough fakers on here you don't need to arrange to meet any of them. |

we have a pair of couples that want to hook up but wont send face pics.
body pics yes, but face, not a chance.
and havent even stated its because of their profession, as i know one of the couples hubby does the same job as me, so not like its career threatening. |

I dont buy into the career stuff.
Most if not all of us are on here 'secretly'. If you bump into some you know then if there is embarrassment it is mutual. It is not as if the other party can run around telling everyone as they would give the game away themselves
There is the need to be cautious, but some people are just paranoid
Plus I hate it when you do go for such meets and sadly the face isnt what you expect! |

how the hell are you s'posed to recognise him in a crowded pub? If he turns up. The only people i worry about seeing me are my kids, i don'tworry about anyone else after all, if they are on here then we share a hobby. |

+1 and what makes them think their career is any more important than yours. hypocritical if you ask me. We all take a certain amount of chances being on here and meeting people we don't really know. |

agreed.
not only that, but if they are famous or in the public eye they feel the need to hide.
well i dont live the celebrity led lifestyle.
couldnt care what people are doing or to whom, so if, for instance, jordon/paris/beckham/henry kelly/kathy burke or whoever, approached us for a meet, we generally wouldnt recognise them as famous anyway.
shit, missus desnt even watch the news or read papers lol |

It's not about whose career is more important. We each make choices about and for ourselves and if those choices don't suit others, they don't have to meet/ play. |

Maybe the sort of people with jobs that might lead them losing their job or being plastered all over the local rag if they were found on a sex site. |

I anticipate the majority are paranoid. perhaps a very small % may be famous or in the public eye but sadly such roles do mean you lose your privacy. I dont necessarily agree with it but thats what happens |

Ok on that basis I'll print a cock pic and go around the pub and ask all men to drop their trousers so I can ID them... Hahaha I can picture it now.
Then when he says "cupcake it's me", I'll say "but your cock looks younger in the pic, goodbye |

Exactly. Remember the teacher who got fired and banned when pics of him moonlighting as a stripper got shown. Some people would suffer way more severe career-consequences than others so have to be careful.
Having said that, if you're gonna meet someone then refusing to show face pics is a bit daft. |

I dont buy into the career stuff.
I do and I understand why people are concerned. It was not too long ago that a local woman lost her job as a primary school teacher for taking part in "wife swapping orgies".
All you need to do to cause a lot of damage would be to make the accusation to the media without outing yourself. The media and righteous hysteria will do the rest.
Anyone working with kids risks losing their job because swingers are an unprotected target. A bit like gays used to be when coming out in some jobs meant resigning. Until it becones accepted and tolerated I will stay in the swinging closet |

"I teach, but will happily send a face pic as long as its not naked I can not see a problem"
We send them to people we are chatting to/ interested in. But I am still careful... if it was one of the parents I'd never be able to look them in the eye again haha |

isn't it? Yyou haven't read some of the profiles on here who state just that then as in we won't show our faces due to our jobs or career etc. |

You could reasonably argue that anyone could have submitted your pic, stolen from Facebook, to Fab and that's how the watermark appeared. |

I doubt 'reasonable arguments' would count for a great deal. If most people were reasonable it wouldn't ever be a concern. |
