There is a woman at work who is always flirtin with me, she is 10 years older than me, but she is forever talkin to me about sex and tellin me about her toys (which really gets me goin)...so my question is, how to i approach the question of us doin anything? and is it a good idea with us working together? I know u guys are as honest as they get so i appreciate your feedback.. |

Bleedin' heck, you are missing the point! The woman has let you know she fancies you. Your decision is weather to sully your working environment by shagging her or let her know that all it will be is friendly banter. |

she is obviously enjoying telling you about her toys..... it could just be her way of having a little fun with you, or maybe she does want to get inside your pants. I would play her at her own game and see how she reacts, if she is intetested then she will want to know more, if not then she may stop telling you about her antics, at least you would have an idea as to go for it or not then....
just a suggestion, as it worked for me in the past

I wouldnt persue it if shes a permanent member of staff. Too close to home if things go wrong.
However I have had fun with someone I met through work who was there temporarily with an agency. Ended up seeing each other for a few months and had some really fun times and parted on good terms. |

never shit on your doorstep, she may fancy you, but it won't be good for your work relationship, if you are a swinger she will get jealous, start demanding more, and it can only lead to tears. |
