3 way relationships.......

Can they work !!!!.
It certainly did for me many years a go.
I was meeting a couple on a regular basis once sometimes twice a month it developed in to a lot of fun sexually and vanilla with us even going on holiday together, without any prompting I became his wifes lover with his full approval and encouragement with her often stopping at my place over night then back to him in the morning.
It wasn't a cuckhold scenario but one of mutual fun all round he loved the idea of his sharing wife with another man and who was I to complain !!!.
Sadly she passed away to the big C and he and I are still friends to this day and often chat about what we had .
Its something I would love to repeat........ maybe one day when the right couple come along again.

Its nice to read this after listening to Vanessa Feltz and her morally righteous attitude on radio 2 this last monday on polyamorous relationships. The fact is that people should be allowed to have whatever relationships they are comfortable in without being subjected to others morality. More love and sex in this world please and less hate. |

Totally agree with you, if the relationship works for all involved and there happy its all good in my book, and anyone that doesn't agree can, whats the phrase ??? "go fuck them selves"
i just find it unfortunate that in this age of connectivity and sharing, we are still taught to fear and hate any thing we don't understand, negativity should be discouraged not be the default emotion base. |

There has been a lot of airtime given to polyamory this week. There was also a documentary on radio4 on Monday evening. There might have been an article in the Mail/telegraph/guardian/independant. (Can't remember which) too |

In my case it certainly worked and I wouldn't hesitate to form this kind of relationship again also if the table was reversed and my female partner wanted another guy in our relationship I would jump at the chance........don't knock it until you have tried it  .
There is nothing quite as horny as sharing your partner with someone else that's what swinging is all about as long as all know the limitations and how far to go and certainly trust with all parties has to be a large factor in this |

We are just beginning a relationship like this with another couple. The wife and I are "dating" I gues you would say and our hubbies are each others friends with benefits. It's been fun thus far and I'm looking forward to more. I was not quite looking for this when I came here but they are an amazing couple. They are more experienced in this life and have both separately said it does not usually turn out this well. My concern is that now they have set the bar very high for future conquests. Any advice? |

Go for it and enjoy  and don't think about a future benchmarks just enjoy the moment with this other couple sounds like it could be a lot of four way fun |

I kinda like idea of 3 way relationship. I remember years ago tv programme about 3 people relationship-lived together etc and think could be fun. Of course there's negative points such as jealousy and judgement from outsiders but everything's got it's pros and cons. If works for individuals I see no harm |

Our relationship was kinda kept under wraps as we all had children so on the out side we were all just close friends inwardly we were a threesome but sharing a woman , there was no jealousy at all as we were swingers and we all met others for fun.
I would recommend this kind of relationship to any couple its mind blowing and certainly a lot of fun and the sex just got better and better  |

A three way relationship opens so many doors to what you want from people and what you are seeking as a man or woman.
My ex wife and I did try a three way relationship with another guy who we met while advertising for a guy for a threesome as soon as we met I could tell she was more than smitten with him so completely encouraged her to have a relationship with him ......it was simply the best part of our swinging we had ever had even with couples and our threesomes were just mind blowing  |
