just seen another post that has prompted me to ask the ladies a rather delicate question...
a while ago I had a meet with a guy from another site who travelled up from London (I was living in Manchester at the time). we had been really looking forward to meeting, and had swapped pics, chatted on the phone and cammed so no surprises when we did meet but when we got down to the biz, he couldn't get it up!!! he told me it was because of the medication he was taking but I've never quite believed it..
so has anyone had a similar experience and what was the excuse in your case? |

I'd believe him. I know one man who just can't 'perform' while wearing a condom. I'm glad to say that he's in a committed relationship, now, because he really couldn't get round the 'condom' block.
On the flip side, I knew a bloke who had Holmes Adey (sp) disease, and he just went on and on and on and on and on and on ...... That was equally frustrating! There is a limit to how long I want to go on for.... I just want to roll over and go to sleep! |

It can affect guys more often than they care to admit. Sometimes it can be nerves.
Other times, its just a mental thing where the guy isn't quite as turned on as he expected to be (some men realise they aren't quite as sexually attracted to the person they are with at the time)
Contrary to popular belief, hard ons can't always be summoned at will |

I find that if i have a bad first meet with someone it plays on my mind for every other meet i have with them, but if i have a good first meet, its good everytime with them. For example i met a couple and on first meet everything went well with me playing with the wife and my best friend was 'up and ready', but because my fingers were so wet by playing with the wife i couldn't get the condom pack open, so my best friend gave up and went home and from that everytime i met that couple that incident played on my mind |

No, but often turn up when not summoned and become rather annoying in the wrong setting.
In fact they do have a mind of their own, or mine does anyhow! |

Not "getting it up" isn't a personality disorder.
Could be a thousand reasons from medication (and lots cause that problem) to diabetes to blood pressure to anxiety to lack of interest.
If he's over 40 then he's got a 40% chance of having ed which isn't always about Viagra |
