Mission Impossible?

I'm due to hit London this Sat, staying overnight in a Marriott in Maida Vale gonna see my beloved Arsenal play Villa, was supposed to be going with a friend and afterwards we'd hit the town but he's let me down. Hotel booked and everything so thought I'd try and entice a lady to maybe escort me to the game and maybe go for a bite to eat and a few drinks afterwards and if we click well maybe retire to my hotel afterwards but I know most women hate the 'Hi I'm in your neck of the woods this weekend do you fancy meeting up' kinda emails so is it mission impossible or do some women actually meet guys who are visiting their city for the night?

I reckon its a lost cause.i've been on the site for nearly 4 years(with a slight break of 3 months recently)and had no success at all,so I would say most mens chances are slim to zero.i haven't heard about women hating that line.does any woman reading this agree? if so,why don't you like it? I use it a lot forwhen im going to a city/area and 99% of my messages are unread or deleted.i thought they cant like my photos but maybe its asking for a meet they aint keen on,which is strange for a site like this.how else are you meant to ask them?

The fact you're offering more than "I'm in my hotel room fancy a shag" may bode well.

Put it up in the meets.

Most people will look at the profile when they get a message and to be honest I suspect yours is why you've had little success on here. No pics and a one line profile text.

OP if you change your meet wording to how you phrased it in the opening post on here then you might have more success. Good luck.

I hate those mails that say "I'm in your area blah blah "...I usually answer back saying "ok but I'm not a tourist attraction "

No-one elses problem but your own. Sort your profile out and you MIGHT have more luck.

post a meet or as you are sounding a little like a sex tourist. Alternatively get an escort

Had a few enquiries, most were, I'd love to but I'm away this weekend, lol.

In the end however after watching my team lose dreadfully to Villa I met up with friends and went out to the West End, so yes the I'm in your area for me rarely works.
