I am sorry mate but the only way you are going to find a good dogging site is to do your own foot work and perhaps, if you are lucky, speak to others who are already out in the field. A sure way to get a good dogging site over run with guys who don't understand the basic rules is to name it on public forums.
One bit of practical advice is that if you see a single guy on his own in a car, assume he is a cruising gay. If you see two or more guys chatting and out of their cars they assume they are doggers who may, if you are very lucky, be prepared to divulge the information you seek.
