The internet has plenty of accommodation providers for the Cap.
I think those dates cover a holiday weekend so it may be heavily booked already.
If you're happy travelling on spec, you might just head for Agde village (just up the road), taking B&B and going into the Naturist Village on a series of day passes.
If you get a wet day, head for Carcassonne.
