I'm on both but somehow see pof as being more serious (maybe why I rarely use it!) It just doesn't seem right when a guy messages me on there for a meet!

Seriously, I think the difference is in being honest. Guys on pof tend to pretend they're looking for something more serious whereas this is what it says on the tin. I just like to know where I stand! |

Blokes on pof make out they want a relationship when in fact they want sex women on pof are usually more inclined to say they want sex rather than join up on here.
I was on there two years ago and had more offers on there than ive had here. |

I had great success with POF because I was always open and honest about the fact I was looking for no strings sex, and think many ladies on there found it a breath of fresh air. Admin got wind of it eventually though, and thusly I haven't been a member in years. |

I'm on both been on POF longest .. its just like FAB without the honesty ... recent changes have taken off looking for intimate encounters but it is meant to be a dating site .. a couple of my friends have met their now partners off their .. I just met a great guy who i am now great friends with ( no sex) and i've seen loads on their from here whos profiles on here say looking for NSA but want a relationship on POF  |

we are on p.o.f. but you just have to choose the looking for friends option. we have both met quite a few (friends} on there as many are quite happy with what we are looking for, |

Have to say you don't even need to put intimate encounter on to get some on that site I met a fair few on it and always got asked to bring protection even tho their profile stated if your looking for sex don't message me haha |
