I think fake boobs are a bit of a turn off, never seen a pair that look natural so if they look fake then they are fake !!! Nice big weighty knockers every time for me  |

I think fake boobs which are designed to have a natural droop to them look better and more reistic than the two footballs stuck on a chest type. What i think doesn't look nice is a huge space in-between each breast. And of course scarring around the nipple isn't nice if it's noticeable.
But some breasts do look natural and nice.

Like all things in life there are the good the bad and the ugly.
Someone going from a AA E is always going to look silly as they might not have the frame to properly support them so they just look like "bolt ons" but that aside there are plenty of fantastic boob jobs out there and the "doesnt feel real" thing is quite often a myth, firm yes but plenty feel quite real (and look it).
Horses for courses and if they suit you or are needed then go for it.  |

We've just been talking about this.
I personally prefer natural, but in some cases the fake ones can look and sometimes feel good. However we were in the foam party's at Le Cap last week with the usual hands flying around everywhere and we started to play with the pair alongside us.
The lady of this couple had false quite small ones but they felt like a couple of house bricks inside condoms. Never have I had my hands on a pair so hard, and I've had hold of a few in my time . |

Depends on the quality of the boob job.I have seen some that look like two footballs stuck to a girls chest.yet others that look real.A friend of mine(who is on here) has had a boob job and hers are probably the best boobs i have ever seen.Too many ladies try to do it on the cheap ,me thinks. |

I've never come face-to-face with fake boobs so I can't really say which I'd prefer until I could make a comparison. I have to say though, the ones that obviously look fake wouldn't be a big turn on for me I'd imagine. And to the OP, if yours are fake, they look great! |

Ive had a few with them, I dont really call them fake...and at the end of it, them themselves(the women) have been attractive and brill to be with
I'd still shag a woman with a cosmetically enhanced vagina, so 'fake' boobs wont change that too much
and there are some nice pairs out there, but I'm not talking ridiculously sized or ones that just appear to nevver move |

fake boobs are great if they make the woman feel better about herself
My sister had a boob job, she had a accident when she was a child got badly burnt on her chest and neck, had many skin grafts and because of this her boobs didn't grow, she was flat chested as an adult and it knocked her confidance a lot, people would make fun of her, my brother would say things like, if you didn't have feet would you wear shoes? well what you got a bra on for then? and people would laugh
she saved and had them done and shes a different person now, more confidant, dresses totally different, in her case the op was worth every penny and the confidance its given her out weight all the I don't like fake boob comments in my eyes
if it makes a woman feel good then it can only be good in my eyes, men don't have to play with them if they don't like them |

In my opinion fake feel more less the same as real. My wife had 32dd boobs before children couldn't find dresses etc to fit after she was a 32b and wasn't very full. She's now a 32 e and very confident, personally I think they look great feel the same as they did 8 years ago and now she wears amazing clothes and more importantly she loves them. So in our case fake is better. |

Some women who have fake boobs have them for medical reasons - in previous life they may never have contemplated getting a boob job but life can spring some nasty surprises. |

even if someone's had a mastectomy a new boobs not NEEDED its all cosmetic
i cant think of any medical reason where a boob job is needed |

Think I must be in the 1% that love fake boobs, I think larger fake boobs look better than smaller fake ones. I think around 1000cc is the max for girls startign with regular b-cups.
In my experience a lot of women obsess over their boobs being too small and when they do get them done it brings them a lot of confidence which to me is a real turn on. |

The guy part of a couple here. I think it's all to easy to compare perfect natural breasts against the stero typical pneumatic chested pornstar look. In reality gravity/age/child rearing dont do any favours for natural breasts for most women. I think perfect natural breasts are just amazing but almost as rare as rocking horse poo. In the real world a good boob job will have that natural but firm look rather than the fake look and get the wolf whistle going in any red blooded guy. |

As long as the person with fake boobs feels confident and playful with them, I'm fine with that. Confidence is gorgeous on both natural and fake tits.
Also, we never know if they got the surgery done because they had a mastectomy, etc. It's not always for mere vanity. |

We both like small to medium pert natural breasts ... and we've been very lucky to have had sex with girls who all have the perfect nipple to breast ratio (for us) and pert, beautiful shape But then, when you only meet 17 - 25 year old girls, you tend to find that it's more common :D hehe. (although we do deviate a little to older girlies if they take our fancy) |

It all depends really on the type of boob job you ave! Mine are very soft to touch and have a natural 'droop' - on the other hand an ex friend of mine had the worst boob job ever with them bring hard as bricks and a cleavage inches apart and they looked and felt stuck on!
Natural are always gonna be better but unfortunately not all of us are blessed that way )) |

Exactly. Not everyone has been graced with a body they love. You can go to the gym and diet for most things, but most can't change the shape of your breasts naturally. If it makes someone feel better about themselves, then why not. Think about all those mums who lost the fullness after having children.

As for generally, I think going A-C or C-D tends to make them look like glued on footballs. They don't behave natural either.
However, I know one lady who was really flat cheated and adding A's made her look womanly and did amazing things to her mental state.
So, I think its more about your mental state than your shape. If you need them to feel sexy then have them, but from my perspective you look incredibly sexy as you are.

Agree with this, I've known some ladies with really nice fake boobs and I don't consider a great pair a turn off at all, in fact I really like them. It's the comically sized ones that look like footballs that turn me off and yep that big space inbetween. |

Thats my thought too. My wife has small boobs and I dislike it when she wears bras that enhance the size of them as all I can feel is bra and no boob. I much prefer direct access 
It might be a similar situation with implants and maybe they don't feel right either. |

Ive had 2 sets of implants, the first ones had be removed due to being PIP's. Ive had the 2nd implants in for just over a year but I know from experience that they look better between 1 and 2 years as they have found their resting place and fully settled, im waiting for mine to just drop that little bit more and will be happy with them. My advice would be speak to a few surgeons and make your decision based on what they say not on a forum. |
