I had a previous profile on here, which I went on to delete.
I started chatting to a local girl, who after speaking to after a few weeks, sent me her face pic.
I looked in horror when I saw it, as she was my second cousin. I didn't tell her who I was, but still see her often. It just makes me feel awkward when I see her now as we were quite close. I'd never do anything with her, but after seeing the images I have and things she said she would like us to have done, I feel uneasy.
That's why now, I prefer face pics early on. But surely other people must have near misses, or happy accidents.
It can work both ways though. I came across a profile on here, who turned out to be a girl in my work place. Soon after speaking to her, it wasn't just her profile I came across.
Have any other of you experienced anything similar here? |

Yes, a few years ago I saw that a young local man had looked at my profile. When I went to have a nose I realise he was my cousins son  Luckily he was out of my age range but I blocked him anyway! That's why I'm very careful about adding friends as I have my face pic on there! |

So you didn't send her your pic then? How close a cousin was she?
It's personal choice of course but the only thing you can't do is marry her if she's a first cousin. And that's to stop babies. So having a nsa swinging relationship with safe sex isn't actually a problem.
Did you really just cut her off without explanation?

Havent found any relations on here. Am friends on here though with a lady whose son goes to the school I work for. We dont have a problem with each other knowing we are on here - its nice actually to chat to someone freely about it |

a colleague of mine contacted us, we blocked swiftly. A friend of our daughter contacted us, we blocked swiftly. Do you see a pattern developing here?
Its not the fact that we know the people its what we're comfortable and not comfortable with. |

She was very pretty and even though were not directly related, I could not take it further. I had known this girl practically since she was born. So yes, I just cut her off there and then. I see this girl a lot and even now as she is 22, I still am protective over her, just as I am with all family, no matter how distant. |

I got sent a message of a guy, after a few messages he sent me a pic to find I use to go to school with him!! Still had a cheeky meet or 3 :p
Had customers from work and a friend (now ex) boyfriend message me to!!

Surprisingly you are correct, I can't marry my aunt but can her daughter?
Anyway you got my point I hope; marriage or children is almost certainly not the destination of any 'relationship' on here!
