This is just a small survey really. Does anyone think there is the need for a club in the south essex area? Who would be interested if it had accommodation etc z |

Do you actually need a license if your customers bring their own alcohol? All the best venues we have been to run this way from large houses etc |

Not an alcohol license,a sex or swingers club you would need a licence from the local council. |

Thats good to know. Its jusy an idea me and a friend are throwing about but well you just never know. I need to do something more exciting that working for other people lol |

I know what you mean we have thought about it but it's quite a difficult thing to make pay and make a profit, then there is the local authorities it just seemed like a lot of time and effort, but please don't let me put you off, I really hope you make a go of it there is nothing in this area |

We've never tried paradise spa, do like pleasures but its a bit too far to drive as is va. Not been to tease 2
Like you say there seems to be loads of clubs up north x |

Have been to pleasures didn't seem so much like a club more like a house party really, va is lovely but I think they spent £500000 on the refurb, we go to chameleons a lot an it's great but it's open 7 days a week during the days as well, I'm just not sure there is the call for it in this area, I think you would get business on a Friday and a Saturday night but maybe need to cater for other niche groups other nights to make it pay ie gay and tv nights |
