As she has already raised the subject, and you have kissed before, cant you meet her one to one for a drink and just say what she said has made you consider wanting to progress beyond a kiss and see how she feels.
Getting intimate can spoil friendships tho so it is worth discussing in depth and deciding whether the risk is worth it.
