After last night at Cupids and what fun I had just chatting to people I thought I might arrange a social day/night meet in Manchester. If it worked I would make it a regular monthly meet.
Sooooooooo... Who would be interested? have you any suggestions? would a weekend daytime / weekday night work better?
I have been Involved in a organising various bdsm munches in the past and I find its a great way to safely meet a lot of people at the same time.
Name badges would be given and your fab name written on in green for couples / blue for single men / red for single females.
Ive found venues in the gay village are more understanding in generally so thats an option. Or maybe a club would welcome us if its daytime.
What do you think? constructive criticism only please as im a sensitive kitty |

Do you think a Sat or Sun afternoon would be better? I think Sat as you can see who is going to what club that night maybe... Or if you click with someone... |

I've attended a couple of socials in the village and they've been great, also going to the Cupids forum social on 27th, I'd probably go to the odd extra one but doubt funds would allow me to go every month unfortunately - the joys of living in Arse End  |

Been a long time since i've been to a big social. Depending on the date i'd be interested.

All the other Manchester socials(including the one in Sept)have been held when we have been away on holiday  So we would attend as long as we were free but to many within a short period of time may reduce the numbers? |

it might be quiet as another couple have been organising socials in the village couple of times a year for a while. we went to one last year but was that packed and hot we didn't stay. its good that they had such a big turnout but the venue wasn't big enough by far. |

Okay folks, here we go, I've exchange a few mails with PrettylilKitty and we've decided to go for Saturday 27th July. Yes I do know there's a social on at Cupids later, but this'll start at 7PM so people who are maybe going to Cupids later can go on there from the Village and people who aren't can stay on and party in the Village until whenever they like.
Several bars in mind at the moment, all on Canal Street with lots of street seating in case the weather continues to pretend it's Summer. Deciding in the next couple of days.
If you want to come along mail either Kitty or myself and we'll put you on the list. In the next few days we'll let you know the venue, address etc, on the Friday we'll send out final confirmations to people. These will contain my number, maybe Kitty's too, so people can identify our group or if they get lost.
I'll be there from 7PM. |

*claps excitedly* do you think we need name badges? as I suggested at beginning of post.. I find it allows people to obviously see who they are speaking too but also the spelling for when theyre looking to perv .. Erm view their profiles later. Also if someone is shy they can make a mental note and drop the object of their desires a message when they get home
I also found the colour coding of red for single fem, blue for single male and green for couples also helps to identify potential play partners.
On a side note I am also attending Cupids social that night ( unless im otherwise distracted) so will be nice to meet some folk beforehand |

I will be there but am not wearing any coloured t shirt. I never look good in a T shirt, a dress will suffice me thinks. I am sure I will find you all. I will look for a group of people with a devilish glint in their eyes. |

It's looking quite good now, sent out 26 invites to people who've said they want to come, some of those were to couples. So it should be good for numbers even if the 50% rule happens
Anyone who's said they wanted to go and hasn't received an invite with the venue name and address please mail Prettylilkitty or myself.

This sounds like a fun event and I've already told Mike I will be there, but a tad late as I'm hosting a Gangbang party for my sexy T-girl mate: _ubby-sarah 1pm to 7pm so should be in the Gay village about 7.30pm, so you all should be nicely lubricated (drink wise I mean ).

Most clubs and places have private function rooms but if looking for something a little more fun there is a place called MUD which is Manchester dungeon or could all chip in an rent an apartment for night can get some great deals... Also would love to come if can get invite

Just a note of caution, the party at Cupids is going to be busy from early on. Regardless of whether you are on the guest list, if the club is at capacity you will not get in. |

Naked or if you're one of those lovely basques you're wearing in your photos, with stockings and heels if you're feeling like being more formal
No whatever you're comfortable in, especially if the weather continues to be so hot. I'll probably be wearing just jeans and a loose short sleeved shirt. The Village isn't exactly a black tie and tails / evening dresses sort of place, (although you should have seen some of the TVs and TSs at Sparkle the other week). |

Obviously my hands up, I should be there for 4.30, looking forward to meeting you, Jewel and everyone else. There are some I know from before but hopefully lots of faces that will be new to me!!! |
