I have found that my self confidence, self esteem and body image has grown since we started swinging. I feel free in a way from all the feelings such as dont do that its bad. I have found my bi side which is fantastic. Love being free with no clothes on ie my naturist side. We enjoy life. |

Ex soldiers will understand this one, the longer you serve the harder it is when you come out, all through your career they tell you this but it's not until you actually come out you understand what it is you miss.
Yes, you miss the travel, going to exciting new countries, seeing exciting new cultures, meeting new people from other parts of the world, then killing them, yes of course you miss that.
But what you really miss is your family, the army, the navy, the air force they are your bigger family, you miss the social life, hanging out with friends in a way that only a family of friends can.
Swinging is that, it wasn't until I got into swinging that I finally found what I had been missing after leaving the army.
We can all have vanilla friends but I have found that the friends I have made through swinging have become part of my life and my family, people I trust, people I talk to on a level few friends can and people I shag, well some of them anyway  |

I've only been swinging for two years it satisfied a need but hasn't increased confidence, made me accepting of my size etc has my playmates have been gorgeous and I didn't expect anything less.
What it has highlighted however is the knowledge that no matter how gorgeous the man or exciting the encounter, I still sleep alone. If I'm honest I'm enjoying it less and less: it's probably time for a break  |

i think im probably different to most women who swing, i have to be honest im more self conscious about my body since i started swinging, it never really bothered me before that i had ugly lumps and bumps because noone ever saw them, but going to clubs etc where you walk round half naked, and meeting new guys makes me very awear of my inperfections, yet most women say swinging has given them confidance |

it has given me something i have never had with anyone else and for this i love kate more than i could ever imagine i would love someone. for people reading this that dont swing, it makes me trust kate more , odd i know but it does. when we swing im not jelous one bit. in fact i prefer swing life to real life, real life gives you problems swing world dont as long as the rules are set and understood. it has taken our relationship to another level where i know i have been with another girl before... in fact swinging made us a strong couple. |

I think it has made me more confident to try new things and made our own sex life more exciting, and the excitement i feel meeting people or going to socials give me a really good buzz. We have met alot of really nice people through it too. |

We started swinging together very soon after we'd met, we did it to push boundaries, to fulfil some of our fantasies and because we both really love sex. It has made us a lot more confident and showed us that sex is too good to keep to just the two of you! Swinging has also brought us closer together too.
We both wish we'd started swinging when we were much younger. |

I was surprised at first as it wasn't what I thought it would be, it has opened my eyes though and I now have some great friends some with special benefits that I would never have met if I hadn't looked into the lifestyle |
