Imagine the conversation at A and E  . I was with my son in casualty after he came off his motorbike and a guy came in and announced in a loud voice that he had damaged his anus  a deadly silence fell over the queue |

The sound is the worse bit. The odd sound of the jar imploding, and the total lack of shouting and swearing as he pulls chunks of glass out of himself. It really disturbed me! I had to Google to find out if he had survived it. |

i know theres a reason i dont do anal,i friend of mine who is a nurse had a patient whos partner had shoved somehting up his bum and ruptured his bowel he now has to have a stoma for the rest of his life u hve to be so careful |

Its not just bottles that can be dangerous!!
I once had to organise a psychiatric appointment for a GP patient (alarmingly someone I knew socially) who was a crane driver and whilst sitting in his cab one day decided to insert a long piece of fuse wire into his penis, it went in but when he tried to remove it the end of the wire had coiled and he was unable to do so - resulting in a trip to A&E! When asked why he had done it he said he was bored and wondered what it would feel like!!!!
The psych referral was routine follow up as this came under the heading of self harm.
I can picture every man who has just read this cringing at the mere thought, and a few women too I daresay!!
Also read in a GP article about a company boss who was indulging with his secretary during their lunch break. She had inserted a bullet type vibrator in his arse and unintentionally (?!) let go, the nature of rectal muscles meant that they contracted and the vibrator "travelled" a considerable distance along his colon - again necessitating a trip to A&E and surgical removal - it was documented in his records that by the time they got around to removing the vibrator surgically the batteries had run out!!!! He had the added indignity of having to explain to his wife why he required emergency colorectal surgery!! |

once when with a friend in a and e years ago two women in late teens appeared... one had gotten her mobile up her anus and couldnt get it out... apparently they were playing... in her arsehole and friend would ring... with it in vibrator mode.... unfortunately after all the fun... bum hole jam.... wonder what the surgeon made of all of this.... |
