For me (Bob) it is most definitely both  the feeling when receiving is oh so nice and to give, well it's just polite.
Angie is not much, she really has to be in the mood (or d*unk) ....
But for both, cleanliness is an absolute 100% must, no Klingons here please lol  |

I do enjoy being rimmed, and I'm also happy to rim, although the pleasure I get from rimmng is purely from getting off on the ladies excitement, so the more she enjoys to receive, the more I enjoy to give!
Although, presented with a gorgeous bum (such as Dancers!) I would gladly rim for hours!
