Runcorn

Hi,

Other than the Campanile Runcorn, doesn anybody know of any other Hotels in the North West region that are good for discreet meets. Preferably motel type or those that dont have strict security?

Thanks,

Sx

Well the north west is a pretty big area but according to this site Halifax is in the NW, so I'll recommend the Premier Inn just outside the town centre (not the new central one), the rooms are entered externally ooh err matron

quite easy - just go to reception say you are booked into x room, under x name and dont have a key.. they will let you in. Unless you dont have a room that is? lol

Not security as such but the new prem inn in Halifax, the main entrance requires you to swipe your keycard after a certain time, then there's a swipe to get to the lift and stairs and a swipe to get to the corridor with the rooms on. So not conducive to inviting people to your room unless you want to physically go meet them at the front door.

Travelodge in Leeds centre had a security guard at night when I was there two years ago.

Lots and lots. We have used the central Warrington Travelodge that often the receptionist knows us by name lol

We use any that have a deal on.
