What's the most ideal music to play at a swing club?
Jump to: Newest in thread
We are holding our first party on Friday night and there is a club sound system, we have a variety of music and mixes but were wondering what the ideal music was at a swing or fetish club?
Would it be more dance, house, techno, and perhaps in more intimate play areas more lounge, sexy, and intimate sounds?

Motorhead
Rose Tattoo
Or some some old school Reggae
I am pretty much on my own with these choices though
Mainstream Dance music seems to the favourite at the swinging club i go to.And more off the beaten track at Sanctum BDSM club. |

"Just stay far far far away from pan pipes!!
Maybe a nice chill out compilation of some carefully picked songs "
Lol!
Massive attack would be one of my choices ... |

Good thread !!
At our previous parties we went down the dance music route which always worked well, seems that 4/4 beat is a perfect rhythm for sex lol !!!
Its not for everyone admittedly, but would say that most dance music/breakbeat etc seems to go down well
A good mix of all of this with a few club classics thrown in makes for a really sexy party

It would depend on the type of party you are holding and the type of people you are having.
we would go for this though

TBH the best sound track is an overture of people moaning and groaning whilst having fun.
Music at a lower level to be able to speak to people helps too. Nothing more annoying than having to shout at people to try and work out if you mix. For that reason we dont mix music with play.
It's music and dancing or play not both. |
