I've found the quietest places are:
North Wales
Oxford
Bedford
The amount of posts I see for meets in Cumbria seem disproportionate against density of population. |

Definitely very quiet. I blame it on the geography (places being so far apart) so its not easy to just pop round somewhere it takes a bit of organising and a relatively sparse population. |
