age gap does it mater ?

during the short time we have been on this site we have been contacted on more than one occasion by couples who are at least 25 years younger than ourselves, has any other couple out there experienced meets with couples young enough to be their children and visa versa ? and what was the outcome ?  |

Had a few younger couples contact us, obviously not having read our preferred age range, while it is flattering we have turned them down, like you say it could be like meeting your kids in some cases! |

I only have a problem if the lady looks young. Met a couple 33 and 37, but the lady looked like a teenager, with a girly figure, she looked like a schoolgirl, and I just couldn't go there. Prefer ladies 40-60. Kate don't mind young guys, but has an age cieling of 10yrs her senior.  |

Because Sasha is in her twenties we get lots of mails from younger couples.
Because I am in my mid fifties I am always surprised that they consider playing with me.
Over the years at the clubs we go to the number of younger couples playing with us has always been high, but that is, as on here, Sasha being the initial attraction, I find it a compliment that those same people decide on meeting me that I am "acceptable" too.
It does surprise me though that those who haven't met me will so readily accept my age, surprise me yes, but its a nice surprise.
We have found most younger couples to be more fun than older couples (over 48 that is) just our experience and probably not the norm.
The younger couples we have met seem to have thier heads screwed on, they seem to have put a lot of thought into what they are doing and the big jealousy factor has never reared its ugly head, despite them often being accused of having such problems.
Thats in our experience and I am sure others have found things different.
As for giving any thought to people being younger than my children - personally when I think about sex of swinging my kids are the last thing on my mind, the two things have nothing whatsoever in common and I would worry more if I was with a young woman and had any thoughts at all about my children. |

You will always get varying views depending on individual points of view.
For me I prefer playing with people my own age that's what I'm comfortable with.
At almost 50 I wouldn't want to play with a 20 year old or an 80 year old.
PERSONALLY I find it a little sad getting messages from 19 year olds. Before some people get off on one for me expressing MY opinion, sad because they are in the first flush of youth so why contact a much older woman who is NOT seeking them?!!   |

We prefer to meet people around 5 years either side of our own ages, some people feel the need to question this, on the same token others question large age differences, this tells us that yes age certainly does matter. |

yes to me age matters, as im not going to get hold of a 20 yr old and hit him with a lot older women , not fair in my books ,, we share ,, thats the whole point , |

I get loads of messages from young guys, id say about 70% are from men under 25, i dont think age matters so long as everyones happy with it, i personally dont go for guys that young but i dont see anything wrong with it if women my age do  |

There is one profile on this site that states "don't want to be contacted by people with age differences as that is just sick"
Ok each to thier own but that's a pretty broad damnation of people, I did wonder what type of age difference it had to be for it to become "sick"
I am 55 next month (birthday plug) if I was with a woman of 45 or a woman of 65 is that really sick ?
A 40 year old with a 30 year old sick ?
I don't think you can pre-judge anyone because of an age difference, yes it sometimes makes it difficult for them to have a relationship but that's thier business not ours, we have age of consent and senility to safeguards against extremes.
A 20 year old woman is normally 5 years more mature than a 20 year old male so a 20 year old female with a 25 year old male would seem pretty much a good match to me. |

Personally I wouldn't feel it necessary to put that on my profile: that's what the age filter is for, but again, people can express their views in whatever manner they see fit.
I come across profiles all the time stating we are a slim attractive couple and won't play with ugly lard arses: ok I'm gilding the lily a little. My point is good for them! I don't feel the need to constantly defend myself as a bbw I'm not going to appeal to everyone and not everyone finds May and December relationships appealing: c'est la vie!! |

as long as everyone can deal with the age difference .... every decade that passes the older moves to 60's and 70's and 80's the younger one may still be in their sexual prime...

I can't help but adore the young guys I have met. They are so open and honest about what they want. They learn so quickly - even if I am not really teaching them - and they feel soooo good. I am 55 and I have met 20yo guys. It doesn't feel anything but great !!

easier for a guy
as you get older whole tranches of new women come into view
when i was 20 - only wanted close to age - but as got older the 20yr olds still looked nice but kept adding till now at 46 i like 20-46 women

I tend to look at the person/people and what they are like rather than the age.
I've had both good and bad experiences with people both older and younger than me - everyone brings something to the part, so to speak, it just depends what you're looking for. |

I used to think the age gap did matter but have been fortunate enough to have met some really nice ladies of all ages.
The youngest being 18 and the oldest was 59. I wouldn't turn someone down just because of their age I think personality shines through no matter what age a person is.
I do admit that I tend to feel more comfortable when the age gap is no more than 15 years but it's not a hard and fast rule.
I shall now wait for all the dirty old man jokes to start lol |
