Most of the penis's sexually sensitive nerves are contained in the foreskinn.
Unless there's a medical reason why would you do it?
Personally I'm against the circumcision of baby boys for no-medical reasons -
I think it's tantamount to a serious sexual assault ... |

I was cut at the age of 19 for medical reasons. And I must say I am pleased I did. I think it is much cleaner. And as for Titan's comment about all the sensitive nerves being in the foreskin could'nt be farther from the truth in my case. The uncovered head of my cock is really sensitiv especially when I have just shot my load. Hope this helps with the priginal posters dilema. |

I agree. But I would not refuse to meet a guy because he was circumsized. |

I agree.....i dont have a cock obviously but my last 3 partners were all cut and they had lovely cocks lol....very sensitive and they were way more responsive to oral than other guys Ive played with who have foreskin.....i love a cut one but only do it for medical reasons as any op has risks. Either way, good luck

Every one is different. My ex's brother had it done at 23 and said he'd lost a lot of sensation down there and regretted having it done... I think some get lucky, some don't.
As has been said, I agree with it for medical reasons but nothing more. I personally don't find cut cocks attractive (Of course, I wouldn't say no) and I don't agree with circumcision being carried out at birth.

Sorry, but this is not the case,.. the foreskin is just protection for the glands,... The sensitive bit where all the nerves are.
I was "cut" when I was 7. Horrible memory if the pain caused mostly when dressings taken off. Some crappy scars too as they had to go in to fish out a bollock.
But all said & done,.. I like it without, it's clean, I also think most women prefer it in my experience.
But interested to see where this thread goes.
Have fun out there.... Hats or no hats.. lol. |

I was cut in my forties, after contracting thrush, and scar tissue formed on foreskin!
Op was no big deal, 18 tiny stitches, which I removed myself in the bath!
Completely freed me from any tightness and discomfort, and sensitivity seemed to increase. Much cleaner, and cock seemed to get bigger erection because it wasn't constricted. Nicer for girls to gobble, too. Pleased with outcome all round.....Gentleman Jack |

I prefer cut, it's more aesthetically pleasing and more sensitive to touch. Besides it looks cleaner.
I don't ask for or want to see cock pics before a meet as it's not a deal breaker. That said, pulling back the foreskin to be hit by a rancid smell and wet glands did put me off and end a meet. |

I was done as a small child. What it means is that the part of the cock head that is usually covered by the foreskin is now exposed to being rubbed by underwear etc. As a consequence the skin has thickened and it is less sensitive to stimulation.
The good side is I can control it with ease so the ladies are happy with hours of pleasuring. Down side for them is they really have to work to get it to come off. |

Being Jewish I was done as a baby n by the hospital NOT a rabbi!!
If u r having it done ensure u do not have all the foreskin removed! I had a half circumcision which tends to look less brutal |

Personally I don't like the mutilated look. It's not a deal breaker I just prefer the look and feel of an uncut cock. As for it being cleaner, uncut guys do shower too!! |

I like the look of a cut cock, maybe because the OH is'nt and its different to what im used to,its not something that really matters either way though, can you just get circumcised for no other reason than you have gone off your foreskin then? |

You can't post links in the forum I don't think but I read quite a lot of research about this when I was at uni and it is the case that the foreskin does contain thousands of sexually sensitive nerve endings it's the main reason I would never take that decision for a child. I'm massively against this form of mutilatuon done in the name of religion or as a 'rite of passage', which is why I spent some time looking into it.
Of course not all men will be affected in the same way ...I guess you never know unless you had it done whilst sexually active.
I'd probably prefer to be cut myself from an asthetics point of view but I'm not and I do have a lot of sensation in mine ...for me that trumps athsthetics any day of the week.
PS I know what to do in the shower... |

it's not a deal breaker for me either way if the guy is cut/uncut. I think it's trending now to leaving boys intact (my first 2 are cut as is my ex) but my now husband isn't as our little guy is fully intact. If I had to do it all over again, I'd not have done the older 2 kids b/c I think they should have a say so if they want their bits cut on......I guess if I was a guy, I'd not do it for any reason other than medically. From a womans perspective, when they're hard, they look the same to me anyway. |

I've had mine done since I can remember, and my junk still feels great when having sex so I dunno about nerve endings etc.
I like it, easier to clean, no knob cheese. Only drawback was the showers at school when I felt a bit different than others! |

Once an American woman told me never to remove it - she loved playing with it so much, and American men are generally circumcised automatically as infants. Mind you, an uncircumcised male was once referred to as a "shar pei" by the Sex and the City gals one time. |
