Some people specify only looking to meet people over 6ft etc, just wondering what the logic was??? Are we all not the same height lying down?

We don't specify a height but I (f) prefer tall men and say so. There is no logic to sexual attraction and I'm not after a life partner. Mind you at five one it doesn't take much to be taller than me. |

I prefer tall men as I am 6ft tall myself. And thats without heels on. And as I dont spend the whole time on my back....it makes things easier if the guy is tall too.  |

Well, as well as the fact I feel like a sasquatch when with short guys, it also dictates how easy certain sexual positions are going to be, i.e: Doggy style/standing doesn't really work...
Once again, it's all down to personal preference. I am attracted to men who I feel can dominate me physically and so they'll naturally be bigger and taller than me.

I'm tall at 6'3. I personally find taller ladies sexy. But height isn't important to me. Mrs FJ though does prefer a taller guy. Of course realises there are many chaps that have sexy bods and looks under her height preference it just comes down to choice and what she looks for. |

Im 5'7 without heels so prefer a taller guy than me, states that in my profile, but they seem to be few and far between. Im not against shorter guys have met a guy shorter than me actually made no difference. But standing up I prefer them taller but if they are a nice guy then its irrelevant. Just not too short, not fair to them I think. I didnt realise there was more than one position either, I too thought missionary was it. |

BIG, SMALL, TALL, SHORT, ...... its Inside not just out for me. And over the years had to learn some very hard lessons .Some can look just so good and they are crap lovers, crap people and self centered and some big liars ,So looks are just one part I need so much more now ... as cant just open my legs and think of England no matter how tall how good looking. And yes 9/10 looks first thing we go on here .. but like I say just a small part of this swinging game. |

Im fucked for my height! 5'4 and proud...havent used my yellow pages as of yet.

Like some has mention above, I feel the same, being relatively tall, I feel bit self conscious when I'm with men who are small.. I like my men to be big and tall, so that I can feel relatively small.. Yes sex mostly is done horizontally, but that's just one position.. Plus, I always meet for a social before deciding if I want to have fun with the person or not, and truthfully, don't feel right if I'm out at a pub/restaurant with a small man.. Mrs Jimp1 is 6' tall in her bare feet whereas I am a mere 5' 5". Its never bothered her although to be realistic I understand most women prefer tall guys.
I dont have specifically anything about tall women but over the years very few women I have dated have been the same height or smaller.
The funny thing is virtually everyone of them at some point has said they found it strange being attracted to me as they normally prefer taller men.
I guess height preferences in many cases are not a deal breaker. |

In vanilla life I've always dated guys who are around my size in height, or up to about 5'8", so its nice to meet guys off here that are over 6 foot.
Funnily enough, I've met guys who state they are 6" or over, and when I've met them, they've not been much taller than me, the little fibbers! I've found more lie about height than cock size!

I'm 5'4" and don't have a problem. I once dated a woman who was 5'7". We were together for about two and a half years. Since joining Fab I have noticed a distinct prejudice against short men. Anyone that meets me doesn't notice my height as I'm a pretty easy going guy, very chatty very friendly. But on Fab the way you assess people is by their profile, stats and pics. People make instant judgements before any interaction. I'm more attractive in real life but rarely get the chance to prove it. To make a point I even applied for a job with the police. Height isnt a major factor for us but we both have preferences. Mark prefers petite women and I prefer taller men.

Some men's height seems to fluctuate wildly....their profile will state 5'6" yet they will send me a PM claiming to be 5'8" which just makes me chuckle. Maybe they were wearing their heels that day.
I'm 6ft and a big girl, I set my min height at 5'8" which I don't think is unreasonable as I see shorter women looking for men only over 6ft (and not saying there's anything wrong with that).
My reason being that if a man is much shorter than me, I feel like a whale. Some may say I am a whale, but still, I don't want to feel like one. Especially if a man is short and pretty skinny, I feel like I'm in danger of breaking him.

I am male (comes as a shock doesn't it!) and I'm 5'2".
Whilst i would have liked to have been taller its been a boon as a TV and I've not missed out with the ladies either.
OK, so there are many who wont meet me because of my height but that's up to them, there are many on here i don't fancy because they are very overweight and that's not something that turns me on - and that's men AND women.
I am in good shape due to cycling and i prefer people who are similar. We all have preferences. |

Women, in general, are hard wired to taller fellas (at least taller than them), its that instinct in them. It isn't necessarily thought through, its how they feel. It isn't about logicality, or discrimination, we all have it. Men (like me) are shallow and so are women. We're on Fab, we know this. |

It's all relative..in the UK people think I am tall at 6'5", yet in South Africa I am relatively normal.

I can only speak for myself: this is fantasy. For me my fantasy man is TALL, white, around my age, straight and sub.
In the past one of my best meets was 5ft 6. When we went to his local the patrons would buy me drinks and look at us in awe . He said whenever he went in alone they'd say "she hasn't killed you yet then!"
We made an odd couple but he was fun, fit in all my nook and crannies and a great lay. My taste changed, but the reality is I like tall.
Why people take it personally when they're excluded still puzzles me! Right...excuse me, off to start my own thread about the Tyson Beckford wannabes who don't want to meet oompa loompas: the bastards! |

LOL talk about off the mark, why would I have a complex about my height?! I was wondering what peoples views were on height simples... If a fem is 5ft2 and her fella is 5ft 5 he's still taller. Being tall isn't what it's cracked up to be! Ever hit your head on a doorframe??
Then there's the pub d*unk who thinks his "What's the weather like up there" line is killer original!
Unfortunately genetics dictate the hand we're dealt with its up to us to make the best of it. I am probably a bit taller than some women prefer but short of getting my feet lopped off there's little I can do!! |

Why don't you stay in that position for an amount of time with your back down see how long ya can stay there
Its ok for 5 mins or so but then you get the stretching burn on your inner thighs ,i normally go over the bed makes it easier but some positions are harder if the guy is much shorter trust me...not impossible just harder |

I agree re: the doggy problems! And if your legs are further apart, I don't know about anyone else but my knees start to slide further and further, requiring awkward adjustments. Andlet's not forget the lady in question isn't staying still as a statue, she's being pounded from behind in an uncomfortable position and trying to do some moving of her own which just results in hurty back and legs and basically no thanks. |

There's nothing worse in my opinion. It is NOT a natural position and the pain in your thighs and knees verges on excruciating. - Of course, silly me, I forget us women are expected to just get on with it so that no poor man gets his feelings hurt.
