Hey all
Soon I'll be moving into a shared house with 2 other people (double bedroom to myself and shared bathroom).
My question for you all is would this put anyone off meeting with me accommodating?

I have two housemates and it's VERY difficult to arrange meets - only really works when they're both away .... which sadly is rarely. As I travel a lot I often meet in hotels, but occasionally have to book a hotel at 'home' so as to meet. Annoyingly many people assume 'can't accommodate' means 'not single' as well .... truly frustrating - if only I didn't need the rent! LOL! |

Ah thanks for the insight. I was hoping this wouldn't be the case! I'll have to kick my house mates out now and again or see if hotel meets are an option!

I've often wondered about these house shares as I am a property investor & I do have a house share with some Poles sharing. But I wondered if I could rent out a house room by room to swingers! I haven't acted on it though as I am inclined to think that it's just fantasy on my part & my business mind says don't mix business & pleasure.
However a happy household is very much important part of successful property let. |

How about just running an up-market swinging club in a nice house

I wouldn't want to run a swingers club anywhere! I don't think there's any money in it & it's hard work & long hours. I love working in property bedcause of the time it gives me to myself. The majority of the work in property is when Tenants leave & you have to get new ones. If nobody moves because everyone is happy then it doesn't get any better for a Landlord.
One of my last Ex's used to live in a shared house & she used to have men round all the time. Her flat-mates must have known! But none fucked her, mind you she seemed to have a different guy everyday off here! |
