For the second time recently I've stayed in a hotel room with a male friend and had to re-arrange (move the bed) because there was no electric socket near the bed for my magic wand!
Must remember to pack an extension lead next time!
Anyone else found this? Am thinking of leaving it as feedback on the satisfaction questionnaire they have just emailed!  |

Many hotels in this country seem to deliberately put sockets quite far from beds, incl Travelodge Covent Garden.
Overall, I guess they'd prefer us to use less electricity, as it means more profit. Short sighted though, when you're less satisfied/likely to return or recommend. |
