Ive nothing against tv/ts, I wouldnt meet any and im sure they feel the same about me. Its their life and a free country - they can call themselves female if they wish to. I think everyone is getting too sensitive & we should tone it down a bit. All this vitriol aimed at one poorly expressed OP.
People can call themselves what they like as long as the right sex is displayed on their profile. In other words, anyone doing a search for a single female, is not expecting to find a TV/TS/CD who has given their sex as female. I'd like to thank the op for starting this thread. On the whole the responses show the members in very good light I'm delighted to say.
The only couple of minor points I would add is
1. There is a very wide ranging spectrum on the Trans scale.
2. Personally I don't get referring to my bum hole as my pussy or referring to my cock as my clit, but I have had several men refer to them that way. However it is extremely rare for a female to get violent towards trans people.
Contrast that with the risk we would run if we entered the gents. Many more men are homophobic and are prone to violence, especially when drinking. Trans people are attacked every day simply for who they are or what they look like, not for anything they do. Those advocating we use the gents are asking us to put ourselves at higher risk of violence.
I might add also that many trans people are TS and so legally entitled to use the ladies. You can't tell who is TS or TV just by looking at them.
I should also say that those of us that go out in public, be that shopping or for nights out (not including sex clubs) are not doing it for sexual reasons. We might hope to get fixed up in the same way any girl out on the town might, but that is different from us getting a sexual thrill simply from being out dressed in public.
