we are nudist and walk around nake dmost of the day, go to nudist beach and nudist clubs, all good fun,
have friend that are nudist and when they turn up no need to get dressed |

Why not just do it??
We are both naturists and when the weather is fine we are in the garden naked, on a naturist beach or at our naturist club. You can't beat it - when it's warm enough that is.
Fortunately our (only two) neighbours are happy enough if they catch a glimpse of us with no clothes on. Mature nice people so make friends with your neighbours and tell them, you could be surprised! |

I was at a naturist resort in Spain last year and got talking to a group of (clothed) naturists in a restaurant and they said that the majority of naturists dislike swingers, because they feel they get labelled as swingers, just because of their lifestyle.
Do you find this in the naturist community as well, or are most naturists swingers too?

Used to do it all the time when my kids were younger. My husband would call if he was coming home with friends! 
Sadly, unable to do so in MY house as inappropriate with my daughters boyfriend who lives with us, and the other one who seems to have taken up permanent residents too, always being around!  |

Naturists , by their very nature , tend to be rebellious and buck the trend of the market and fashion led body perfect world and admitting to swinging is an admission too far .
We suffer from the puerile and idiot attention of the red tops and the knuckle draggers that look at the pictures in them.
We are of no interest to marketeers as they can sell us very little except expensive holidays or a trowel so we get little support financially to run naturist occasions such as swims etc.
The law is very vague on what constitutes an offence when it comes to nudity as to be nude in a public place is not an offence until someone complains .
So we tend to get lumped in with the sexual deviants and suffer the public humiliation of what , to us, is an entirely natural act.
Vincent Gough was , and is still , being persecuted for his naked walking and yet this weekend I and my wife will be amongst 1500 or so other naked people on the World Naked Bike Rides.
Someone must complain about that but nothing happens so why is he constantly being arrested.

We have no problem with the cameras , we got dragged into a Japanese wedding photo a few years back.
The perves , as we have noticed at Kestrels, are normally our middle eastern brethren who seem awestruck at what they are seeing .
But safety in numbers and they are politely told to bigger orf !. |

hehe there is definitely something liberating about being naked with other. Went to nude beach first time few yrs back and within 5 mins of stripping off felt totally relaxed and wondered what all the fuss was about lol |

I find it very liberating being naked with other people. Whether I could translate that into a public arena is a different story. If all the people you are with are also naked I'm fine, but I am not sure I could handle being stared at, or laughed at, by clothed people looking on.
I have often wondered whether naturists and swingers are mutually exclusive. I used to work with a naturist but I never imagined she would be a swinger too. She probably wasn't. |

I have strong leanings towards a particular football team but wouldn't be seen dead in one of their shirts, and I am still quite slim.
Interesting comments about swingers not being willing to be naturists. I would have thought they were almost there. |

the trouble is when we get naked outside on beach or a club , the feel of the sun on your naughty bits its hard not to get aroused and want to play, so very difficult to be naturist without not swinging |

In her book "Sexcitement" Lynn Paula Russell suggests people who want to swing start off by trying nudism first, a way of getting you used to being nude with other people. We had both tried naturism before we met, so our first experience of being nude in a playroom filled with other nude people having fun wasn't a problem.
A lot of naturists are VERY anti-swinging, particularly the no-(hetero) sex-please-we're-British Naturism crowd. There are many swinging naturists but you have to be discreet. |

Yes, I'm always nude at home too, that includes the garden! I love going to our local nude beach, you have the option of keeping yourself to yourself, or joining in and playing with others, your choice entirely. I love nudity, it's so liberating! |
