The clue is in the name - BDSM. 
I wouldn;t go to a swinging club/party and complain that there wasn;t enough kink. While there is a cross over between the 2 scenes, I'm really not sure why you'd go to a BDSM party expecting lots of sex. |

We had plenty of sex at BDSM party's held+attended by kinksters who are also Swingers 
BDSM partys which are held for 'kinky' play only:yes not much or no sex.We still have lots of fun as all the ropework,flogging,spanking etc is a great turn on for us and we just have sex when we go home

Because BDSM isn't about sex, it's about expression and just because it's a practice of an erotic nature, doesn't mean it has to involve anything penetrative or even directly sexual.
Sex afterwards is extremely sensual and erotic, and very much a heightening of the act of sex.
There's much more to sex than just fucking.
