For me it's Jason Leonard just because he was everything I aspired to be growing up in terms of a front row. Hard working, dedicated with a great humour on and off the pitch. A real role model to be as a boy.
The two things I tell my lad now on the field is work hard and get stuck in. Do these and I'm proud. |

Back in the day.. Mike teague and micky skinner.
Current faves include Alex Matthews, zoe aldcroft and Rosie galligan in the England women's... In the men's, I think chandler cunningham-south has a lot of potential.
