You can block anyone from sending messages if they haven't got any public pics, If they still get through they have made pic public just to send message then hidden it

This is really starting to annoy me now. No profile pic no pics at all and no varification and yet you've been on here for over a year, of course I'll accept your friend request, send you a face pic or meet you now. My pics are sxxt but at least I try and there's a face on my friends, if no one has varified you get photo varified. FFS get real people.
