Mrs Bedford 555 here...I've had exactly the same problem...some men treat my clit as it it was sandpaper and that leaves me feeling turned off and VERY sore. I always ask men to be gentle, but some get carried away. It's not always easy to ask the man to be more gentle.

Ask, tell, request, point out, make it clear. Why did you let him carry on especially since it was teh second time its happened to you, none of us needs to accept that from anyone. I gues it was because the guy wasn't aware but honestly, whose fault is that? |

I (Amy) love rough sex but will automatically grab their hand/head/hips, move them away or hold them fast and tell them straight away if something hurts or is being done wrong (and that's not what I'm saying I WOULD do, it's what I've noticed I ACTUALLY do during meets and sometimes even with Vince). - I'm not risking injuries for anyone!
