the older woman
Jump to: Newest in thread
when I was young, my fantasy was always to have sex with an older lady - as I've grown older that appreciation of the older, wiser, sexier lady has grown.
I find the fuller figure nicer as do I the intelligence and wit that comes from experience of life in general so sexy.
Some of the sexiest ladies I have met have been ten or fifteen years older than me and I love everything about the older lady!

You cant do anything about the English language. Thats the adjective used to describe such women - dont think there is any offence intended when using those words.
However, even i get offended when someone calls me young lol i feel to old for my age...i prefer long walks, scrabble and a cup of tea lol |

I think theres a difference between "old" and "older" I think sometimes people can be too easily offended. Someone stating they are looking for an "older" meet doesnt translate to a jumper knitting, chair rocking, zimmer frame user! |

that's true - and it was what I inferred - someone, who by their very birthdate is older than me is an older person - otherwise they'd be younger or the same age.
I'm referring to the lady with experience, who knows what she wants, and who is still stunning (IMHO) to look at. |

I just turned 50 a couple of weeks back. I am therefore older than most ladys/men on this site but at the same time I am younger than others...I like younger men/women and I like older men/women....age is not an issue for me but can understand why it can be for others. It is a question of preference.
I am mature and do not take this as an offence, for me it means I have improved with age...a bit like a good red wine from my country or a ripe brie you spread on a hot baguette and sink your teeth into....
I am old because I have aged, I no longer wear nappies, leg warmers, tiny shirts or have pigtails. I dress with taste, class most of the time. I have no knikers under my jeans when I ride my 535 motorcycle.
I am me and that is all that counts!

I think EVERY guy has fantasies of the more EXPERIENCED ladies when they're younger, say 30yrs or so older. But, i also think we grow out of them as WE become more older and more experienced.
Speaking as a 40yo guy, i just couldn't, and wouldn't, think of shagging a lass that age now! By the time i got her strapped into her stenna stairlift, the viagra would have wore off! |

who says age has anything to do with experience?
Two of my friends are both +10 years older than me and both have only ever been with one guy, their husbands. both are not widowed and have no idea where to start looking for a new partner...Their sex lives involved missionary position once a week..
age does not always equate to experience.. |

I seem to remember, that when I was a child, my grandmother seemed REALLY, unbelievably old. She acted old by not doing much, having little to talk about etc. By calculation I guess she was 60!
Most ladies I know of 60 these days have a wide range of interests, insatiable sexuality is usually one, do extraordinary things in their spare time, and one I know has tired out 5 men aged 25 to 55 in one steamy session.
So, to be brief, our interpretation of the word 'old' was born when we were children, but life has moved on and 'middle aged' now extends to 70.
When we are 25 we are 25, when we are 55 we can be any age we want! |

Nothing wrong with being a Mrs Robinson |

I agree that the term "older" does not go anywhere a complement. I prefer "experienced" and this can cover an age range from late teens to infinity. Like some other folk who have posted on this subject it is the person and their experience that counts. As an older guy I am comfortable with any age as long as there is some good chemistry between the two of us. |

Seriously?..well how else can you say it?
I like aging ladies?..I like Mature Ladies? I like Ladies of a certain age?
^every one of those could technically be insult to injury...
I like old farts?...
Not sure why someone would take offence to someone saying they like older ladies using the term: "older ladies".
It's like a 21 year old saying to me.."I like older guys"..
Would I find that offensive ..nope.
All I would say is, thanks but no thanks. Because 21 IS defo too young for me.
I wouldn't block her, I would only block if she persistently mailed after my prompt "Thanks but no thanks" reply.
Just my $0.02

I've never understood why any guy feels the need to refer to a woman by age or experience.
Surely the fact that you have read her profile as well as looking at her pictures and find her appealing on both counts is sufficient reason to message her, she may be older and that appeals to you but why is there any need to mention it?
I am me, I don't like being labelled or pigeon holed, I meet guys who after chatting like me for WHO I am not WHAT they perceive me to be. If they message me in a way that appeals and after looking at their profile and chatting we seem to be moving in the right direction I don't pay any attention to their age.
I do have age preferences set on my profile but they are not set in stone and if a guy is confident enough to take the plunge and approach me and we click neither of our ages is of significance. |

I dunno why everyone gets their knickers un a twist n hung up in all thus age stuff
If I'm 11 n yr 10 I'm older!
Its just a bloody fact
If u r 35 n I'm 50 I'm still older
N if I'm 60 which I am - n yr 62 - u r older
Everyday, everyone is getting older ! YOU can have good sex at any age n you can HAVE poor sex at any age.
Obviously people of 40 MAY NOT wanna shag with people of 50 but that's just a personal choice
This is a ridiculous thread that's goin round in circles now

now here's my question: how many ladies 'of this demographic' are either:
a. from Lincoln or the surrounding area
or/and
b. bikers?
I appreciate I'm about as subtle as a brick, but what the hell :D |

What I find interesting is that men don't seem to be bothered about being described as 'older' or 'mature' men, or being desired for that reason, yet for women it seems to be much more of an issue.
Personally, I take the view that this is due to a subconcious-or evolutionary reason: a fertile man can reproduce and produce offspring up to the day he dies, yet a woman is born with only a finite number of eggs and cannot usually naturally reproduce past about 50, and yes I do think that is terribly unfair. So I think subconciously women don't want to be reminded of aging because they are going to lose fertility and thus would not in the wild be an ideal mate, whereas men are not bothered because in the wild, we could keep on having children indefinitely. |

this is a possibility certainly. However for me I don't mind being referred to as older by someone who is younger than I but I don't like it to be the only reason that they are interested in me. I am a woman first and foremost, my age surely is only one feature that you would find attractive or otherwise. |

Absolutely right! AND of course we have in the last half century evolved a climate where the aspects of 'youthfulness' are venerated n revered over wisdom and lifetime experiences.
The culture of China is absolutely the reverse and the older people are respected for their accrued wisdom.
Regrettably western culture is much more influenced by the external appearance of people |

@Nicecouple61, I absolutely agree. If someone fancied me for some very-focused specific reason, then they would strike me as slightly unhinged rather than making me want to find them attractive. To wit; I very much doubt many of the guys trawling the pages of this forum for cougars would be that keen if they were faced with an older women interested in a man, purely because he is younger than her, to the same almost-pathological level some of these young guys do. |

Gsoh and able to string a sentance together is more pleasing personally .

Personally I'm not keen on my advancing years but as I've got older I've got more naughty (though definitely not more mature lol) and consequently I've now got a sexy young fb who I adore. I make the most of what I've got and in my mind I'm 28 not 48 and God willing long may it continue.
You're only as old as the man you feel aren't you? Well that makes me 32 and I'm not complaining, tee hee.
