Albert Dock and the Baltic Market is great for atmosphere and music and safer

Mathew Street has plenty of good bars and lots of live music

There used to be a club called the Cabin - probably long gone, but many a good night in there!

I doubt any of my old haunts are still going.

Philharmonic Dining Halls - the mens toilets have been voted the best in the UK, so could be worth a visit!
