It is a show for all things adult entertainment orientated. Be it Burlesque, toys, clothing, fetish or a host of other things.
Three days with the awesome winter ball on the Saturday night ( although there is also a swingers night on the sat this year as well)
Well worth the money. |

Yes we will be going  Not been for a few years so be nice to go again, and it's at a new venue so be interesting to see what that's like.

Just booked our tickets for Oct 2013, on the Erotica site, there is details about a hotel deal including breakfast and 2 any day tickets. We're staying over on the Sat night |

We will be going, never been before. Aiming to go on the Saturday as we have friends from here who will be running a stall there....we will be staying in London for the entire weekend so fingers crossed will be looking for some fun too |

We're going although the transport network looks a little more difficult to sort than Olympia.
It looks a long walk to the train in fetish shoes to us, or are we missing something? Can anyone local please advise?

We will be at the showon Saturday, staying over at the Holiday Inn Express that night. Hope the hotel is as just as much an experience as Hilton Olympia was |

Closest station is Shadwell, reached on the Docklands Light Railway, London Overground and services from Liverpool Street. No Underground close by though. Thought about buses? Look at the Transport For London website. It will even show where the stops are. |

It sounds like something I'd like a lot but I probably wouldn't be able to commit till much nearer the time, do tickets sell out reasonably early? Of course then travel and hotel will become more expensive. Damnit I hate not being able to plan ahead at the moment! |

"It sounds like something I'd like a lot but I probably wouldn't be able to commit till much nearer the time, do tickets sell out reasonably early? Of course then travel and hotel will become more expensive. Damnit I hate not being able to plan ahead at the moment! "
Tickets always used to be on sale on the day but obviously more expensive. See no reason why they will change just because the venue has changed. |

Number 100 bus gets you even closer and runs past Fenchurch st, Liverpool st, and Moorgate stations , for the more adventurers amongst you.
(Running the other way it finishes at Shadwelll). |

Accomodation will be cheap if you know where to go.....places like laterooms.com, trivago or even hôtels.com to name but a few will churn out a few options. |

We hope to go, hopefully the break would of done Erotica the world of good. The last few years before taking time out at Olympia were truly shocking, vastly overpriced. Looking forward to the new venue.
Maybe combined the weekend with a meet aswell...  |

I see the erotica event has a swingers party on the sat 26th of October. It is £55 for a couple and £22 for a single lady. This looks quite expensive. Has anyone ever been to one of these and is it worth it? |

It could be that there isn't a decent club in central London, the nearest good one being OurPlace4Fun (which is small) and all of them would be a travel, although I suspect a number will be doing something informal (as they have in the past).
Still, I'm sure we all could come up with something
Especially if a lot of people are staying at the local hotels or meet at one of the Burlesque clubs like Proud near Fenchurch and then go on from there.
Would anyone local or staying over be interested in sorting out a Fabs social / meet up at Erotica?
Or even during the day at the show for a drink and have a laugh visiting stands in numbers, edging each other on? |

To be honest this is quite expensive, even though the Hellfire is a nice venue, it also seems a shame they (Erotica) feel the need to separate the swingers from the Erotica Ball, and the Ball wasn't that well attended last time.
We would strongly recommend you to to OURPLACE4FUN, from Shadwell to save on cost getting there you can actually get to Liverpool street fairly easily and take the overground to Alexandra Palace which is very near the club. Alternatively take the underground to Highgate and call the local cab company to pick you up (0207 272 6666) and from there is a tenner.
Ourplace4fun is a small but very effectively well laid and run club, it has an excellent reputation and deservedly so. |
