Definitely not the best as such , but we stay midweek at travelodge ancoats for £25
Great for the NQ and ancoats and canal St and kampus are only a short walk away
Depends what you are after, Mecure in Picadilly gardens means you can watch the Drug Dealers when you are bored, both the Britanias were knocking shops and had drugs last time I was unfortunate enough to stay.
Double Tree and Holiday inn are decent
