Is it taken as a given that once that photo is on the internet or on someone elses phone, its no longer yours to control?
It can be shown to anyone for any reason. I always wonder when people show pictures or videos in chats, and the other persons face is clearly visible in a sex act. Was permission granted that this would be shown about?
Some of these threads where the discussion is about one half of the couple and pictures are swapped. Is it just par for the course of swinging? |

If in a public place a photo is taken it is generally considered acceptable for it to be placed on the internet or TV. That said, Google and others have found it necessary to blur faces and numberplates.
In a private place picture can only be taken under conditions. At a meet the permission would need to be explicit and permission to display them is required.
Do not put pictures of others on here or even show them to others without permission. There are laws against it. |

Yes and no...
Yes! once you post your photo on here, you DO lose the right to say what happens too it.
But!
No, it is not ok to post a picture of someone else without their express permission. If the photo is of a sexual nature, uploading pictures could even fall foul of the "revenge porn" laws.
