Unless you do have ED (where GP is best to discuss) then if it's just about "performance" then I'd say getting as fit as possible is not a bad thing, cutting alcohol and aiming for a good healthy diet. I wouldn't get tempted to shortcutting any of this with a product.

Sounds boring but it’s great advice. Seems like a lot of meds don’t help either, or are being used as an excuse by guys who can’t keep it up. Sheer sexual attraction is really hard to beat to produce a straining hard cock though!
