Unless you do have ED (where GP is best to discuss) then if it's just about "performance" then I'd say getting as fit as possible is not a bad thing, cutting alcohol and aiming for a good healthy diet. I wouldn't get tempted to shortcutting any of this with a product. |

Sounds boring but it’s great advice. Seems like a lot of meds don’t help either, or are being used as an excuse by guys who can’t keep it up. Sheer sexual attraction is really hard to beat to produce a straining hard cock though! |

Stay hydrated
Get plenty of sleep
Take active measures to reduce general stress
Essentially, doing the things that make your physical and cognitive performance better in general. There is no downside to exercise, proper sleep hygiene, stress reduction and good diet. Only massive positives to your general life |
