I'm very empathetic to people's needs, I try to understand people's perspectives but as you say it has to be a two way thing. If someone isn't interested in how that person feels or what they're going through it's an uphill battle. |

It's important and an essential factor to connecting with someone on a deeper level. Not everyone has natural empathy but trying to understand others and putting yourself in their shoes builds better relationships. I don't expect people to have the same level as empathy as me but they need to be willing to try. |

I find empathy and emotional intelligence sometimes lacks when meeting people on here. Or they do have it but its expressed in unusual ways. In relationships outside of fab i place more importance on empathy and emotional intelligence. |
