I would say read the FAQs, particularly regarding no reply to a message.

You're saying you can't have a profile photo due to your professional background, yet you do have a face pic in your public photos that anyone can access. Make up your mind then.

Tight white shirt torso shot, or something equally teasing, as a profile picture. Not too many cock pictures in public but at least one so they can see if it's for them. Be honest about what you're after and just enjoy the experience without expectations
