You don’t need to screenshot, one of the weaknesses of Fab is you can save anyone’s pictures to photos, which is why there will never be face pics on ours.
The fabswingers watermark can easily be cropped and the content reshared by unscrupulous people.
But the law says that sharing intimate photos of others without their consent is illegal (as is threatening to share etc) and unlike illegal pornorgraphy there does not appear to be a making/taking law which would make the downloading or creating of image illegal.
