As everyone has already said, douche is the way forward. Available at all good online sex stores too. |

"stick the end of the hose up ur arse and let her rip"
You a Gladiator mate? I use a Karcher 1200psi myself.
But, seriously, flush, but not immediately before as it takes time for the water to drain out fully. And there can be stragglers!
But feels great! |

"They don't give enemas for labour anymore - at least they didn't for me and he's almost 11 months old now "
I agree they haven't for a long time at least 16 years.
Why is it odd that they don't know how to cleanse properly, I doubt most people do and so that's why people ask on here.
OP beware the advice re the shower hose as you only need to get the temp slightly wrong (or someone to flush the loo at that moment) or the pressure and you will be a story for the A and E nurses to tell!!!

I don't get this 'use the shower' idea people mention on these threads, is there an attachment you can use on the head to make it anally insertable? |

Thankyou. With regards to safety, I'd imagine the safest way to use one would be to simply turn the shower on before insertion and insert it already running, so you get a better idea of what temperature the water will be and how much pressure to use. |
