Join the groups on here/Facebook. Many wear pineapples. It’s the most obvious sign, but to be honest, the best and easiest thing is to book a Bliss, swing specific cruise, or join a swinging circle organised by swingers for swingers on a vanilla cruise.

I suppose it depends greatly on who you are trying to attract. If you want every old perv on the ship following you round and making inappropriate suggestions the the pineapple on your door would definitely work, but if you are a little more choosy then probably using the who is nearby when the ship is in port gives you a chance to vet your potential matches.

anything thats put on your door will be removed by ships staff as it was becoming a thing on cruise ships so policy is to remove anything on doors
