Always had a preference for ladies who wear their tights first with the panties on top, just my personal preference.
Stockings are great but not all girls are into stockings big shame but again if its suspender belt first then stockings then panties last and of course they must be Black or Red Ntlon Satin Lycra panties, no cotton panties for me thank you just my preference other colours are available he he |

I thought it was only Batman and Robin who wear pants over their tights.
OP I don't think it is very healthy for a woman to permanently wear nylon tights and nylon knickers over the top. No air circulation. |

In the interests of hygiene maybe the lady could leave her panties off completely one or two days a week thus preventing health issues as highligted by previous message , other health advice is also available |
