Malta is steeped in history if that's of interest to you.
If you're looking to have fun with others it's a challenge.
When we were there earlier in the year, in the two weeks there we only had one couple show up as close by.
We did have a young couple in the hotel next door flashing us from their balcony though.
Sadly we couldn't act on anything as we had our young one with us.
Our height of the holiday we'd say though was chartering a boat for a few hours and heading to Comino.
Having a boat to ourselves was so much better than been crammed on a booze cruise type boat, more so been a family trip.
It is though as already mentioned very expensive. Our holiday cost over 8k, all be it was during the school holidays.

"We are only back from Malta we found it boring overpriced and bland "
Then I feel ypu went to the wrong places and missed out. Itnhas git ex0ens8ve over the years as all the online betting, but it's a great little island that has lots to do, if you know where it is 🤣 |

Shocked by people saying it’s expensive… I travel a lot and went to Malta last month and was shocked by how reasonable eating and drinking was.
Half the price of Turkey, where I’d been the month before.

I enjoyed the history of Malta and how easy the buses were to get around. I didn’t find it too expensive and the food was nice.
To answer your question, like any place it probably depends on what you enjoy doing while on a holiday. I’d definitely go back myself anyway. |
