My ideal would be at least 4/5 times a week most weeks. Then club meetings on top. Expect with one man then it's 4 times a day.
Unfortunately the reality is I am lucky to get one meet a fortnight.

Find it ebbs and flows. I also enjoy a longer session so prefer daily verses a couple of quickies but some weeks I can't be bothered.
