We see one regular whose wife has developed mental health problems, and hates being touched in any way at all. He misses cuddles and hugs, and both form the bookends of when he comes by for some fun.

The hugs go for ages, and it's nice to be able to supply them so he can head back home without ill-feeling towards his wife.
