I still love playing the music, but I know what would happen if I went to a day time rave, I’d still be partying the next day. I’ve got a mate that keeps trying to get me to go to a day time rave, I’m too old for the comedown |

I’m clean so it’s more of a workout for me than a test of comedown resolve! I’m def in the minority though I reckon haha! I love them so much though. Did one at MoS in Sept which was really cool too |

I used to go to the sanctuary all the time in MK. Helter skelter in the mid to late 90’s. Dj hype doing the whistle scratch for the first time with Mcmc and Mcgq. Great times.
One of the later ones I went to was dreamscape 11 the outdoor one. |

Hmmm you sure about thar Dreamscape 11 was called The Pinch & the Punch and it was on 1st July 1994. It was definitely indoors as they had to stop the music to open the doors because people were collapsing because it was so hot. |

Went last week. Amazing night. Brilliant atmosphere. Banging tunes. Only difference is most people there were 20-30 years older!!!
Nice touch when they stopped the music and payed tribute to all the djs producers promoters lost over the last 32 years |

In my head I remember it as 11 but It does sound like I have that wrong. I lt would have been later than 94 and to be honest I can remember being there but I can’t remember where it was. I will have to ask my mates. |

I think the first outdoor event was a new years event 95/96, one was held at The Sanctuary & the other was somewhere in the West Country I think. I believe that was outside. I remember they tele linked the two venues. Dreamscape 21 possibly. That also might be the night Dreamscape promoter Murray Beeston was killed in a car accident. |

I was thinking about it today and thought the same. I was thinking it must of been 21. I googled it and apparently it was at Shepton mallet which is news to me lol. I don’t recall ever going to shepton mallet but I can remember it wasn’t that good and my mates were moaning that we should have just stuck to what we knew and gone to the sanctuary. We had great times and I’m so glad I grew up in the era as a lot of generations won’t have anything as good to compare too. We proper had it |
