Don't think about it or try not to just keep focusing on what you want from the day/meet and make sure you get what you want out of it the first time is always daunting bit once your there it's soooo much fun |

It depends on why you want to try, as has been said before guilt isn't a good thing within swinging.
We tried it a few years and found it works for us, it adds an extra dimension and let's you explore different options
