A kink is literally like a kink in the road. Something different that you like to a perceived normal.
A fetish is something you need to achieve sexual gratification and release
So take lingerie. A lingerie kink would be that you like to wear or see someone in what you or they consider sexy lingerie
A fetish for lingerie would be that you or they cannot achieve sexual gratification or release unless you or they are wearing it |

Think of kink as an umbrella or general term and a fetish as something more specific.
So someone who is kinky might have a couple of different fetish’s
Often kink and fetish is interchangeable. As in “he has a foot fetish” or “he has a kink for feet”
